Warren Buffet

 

Firstly , Why Did I Prefer Writing About Warren Buffet?

    As the answer of the question , I can tell you that I’m a fan of Warren buffet. He is a role model for aspects of my life. Especially , whenever I want to invest in somewhere , I think of the suggestions of Warren Buffet. Because he is the most talented investor about stock market in the world I’ve ever seen.

 

The Life of Warren Buffet and Who is he?

    Buffett was born in Omaha, Nebraska (a state of the USA). As his friends was playing on streets, he was trying to be a rich person. About this topic , he was so lucky because of his father, elected to the first of four terms in the United States Congress. Junior Buffet ,who was 11 years old, got his first stock with help of his father. After studying at high school , he made first investment. He bought a pinball game to convert the game to money. (he just gave 25 $ for the game). The game was played by his friends and he made lots of money because of the machine. During the education of his high school life, he tried to make money from different investments. As a result of it ,  the vast treasure 53.000$ for a child happened in his bank account. After that He went on his education at Columbia Business School. And there , he met Benjamin Graham, a successful teacher about invenstment. Graham molded him about investment as a master. Having education at the school changed Buffet’s ideas, especially , from Benjamin Graham. And Because of it , he became the king of investment world. And today , apart from an American investor, he is business tycoon , philanthropist , chairman , the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway company. Nevertheless he is considered one of the most successful investors in the world. %7 of the shares of Coca-Cola belong to Warren Buffet. Although he is 90 years old, he drinks  a glass of cola everyday , contrary to popular imagination. (Cola harms to your body.) Apart from his achievements , he became the richest person in the world in 2008. He and Bill Gates (He is the co-founder of Microsoft.) gave pledge about charity in 2010. He is still alive and uses the cell-phone which is not smart to call someone. And Inspire of his wealth , he lives in the house which costs 30.000$ with the car 1980 model , Mercedes. I find him so modest and so successful. The quote of him I like most  is that “Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
